Safe, clean, economical powder handling is the distinguishing feature of the new 3D printer AL3D-METAL 200: the closed powder circuit ensures greater safety at work, as the operator does not come into contact with the powder during the entire printing process. Because the introduction of powder and the removal of the printed component takes place in a cartridge cycle.
Thanks to the innovative cartridge system the machine setup time is reduced to a minimum. Simply select a cartridge with the desired material - insert into the printer - select print file - start printing process. Even frequent powder changes are made possible in a very short time.
The wear parts are integrated into the cartridge and thus the machine requires less maintenance cycles and consequently has a long service life.

The system is easy and comfortable to use. The transfer of the CAD data takes place to the intelligent software AL3D-OS. 3D data can be easily imported, arranged and provided with support structures. Optimal for R & D, the parameters can be changed layer by layer during the printing process. This enables efficient process development and powder evaluation.
Due to its very fine laser spot and the high beam quality, the AL3D-METAL 200 is ideal for the production of the finest and most complex geometries. Jewelers, dental laboratories, medical device manufacturers or research institutes benefit from this. Especially in jewelery production, where high-priced metals must not be wasted, the closed powder circuit and the small construction platform size allow best material utilization. The sophisticated powder bed layout with integrated cleaning routine also provides a high powder yield.

VL 60 / VLO 60 are compact handheld welding lasers for demanding manual work with the best welding properties.

These table laser systems with 60 watts offer a reliable beam behavior and are characterized by uniform, powerful and yet soft welding behavior.

The VL 60 has a closed plastic housing. The working chamber is loaded via a front flap.

The VLO 60 has a sheet metal housing with a large opening at the front for easy and quick access to the spacious working chamber. The armrest is extremely comfortable - so relaxed work is guaranteed. The bullet-proof leather curtain offers laser protection so that the VLO 60 can also be placed in any work environment.

The work area in both systems is brightly lit and the light intensity can be dimmed. A welding fume extraction system is integrated as standard.

The laser welding devices are operated conveniently via a touch display.

Even the finest connections can be made with the optical onal fine welding function and visually checked via the stereo microscope.

These table-top laser welding devices are ideal for dental laboratories, goldsmiths and manufacturers of sensors and micro components, as well as for anyone who wants to weld small components quickly and easily by hand.
