The ordering process, checking incoming orders and managing them shouldn't take a lot of time in the dental practice. Despite everything, these are important tasks in order to maintain the processes. It is known from everyday life: Orders are often sent as partial deliveries because something cannot be delivered immediately. Or the ordered goods come from different suppliers in different shipments. It is difficult to always keep track of what has already been delivered and which products are still outstanding. Order items for which no goods receipt was booked within the delivery time specified by the supplier are shown as overdue by AERA-Online. In this overview you will also find the option to contact the supplier or to cancel the order and place a new order with an alternative supplier.

With the incoming goods inspection, AERA-Online also offers the option of entering the batch number and expiry date directly for the product. This means that the requirements of the MDR for the dental practice or dental laboratory are easily met and documented in the event of a complaint. Here it is also possible to search specifically for batch numbers in order to be able to quickly find and show the product used in an emergency.
