EyeSpecial C-V - The Dental Camera with Built-In Expertise. Now with WLAN Technology.

With its smart special features, the SHOFU EyeSpecial Dental Camera has become well-established in dental practices and laboratories for creating professional photo documentation. It is easy to operate, reproducibly takes good images, and its use can be delegated to assistants without cost- and time-intensive training.

There are many ways to take useful intraoral images. However, non-dedicated solutions, such as smartphones, compact cameras or upgraded single-lens reflex cameras, always require users to compromise and can only be integrated into the daily routine of dental practices or laboratories with considerable effort.

The EyeSpecial has had built-in photographic expertise since the first generation. It relieves users of their worries about ring flash, lateral flash, aperture, depth of field and more. This camera allows you to easily take informative patient images, and every photo will be a good photo: high in contrast, razor-sharp and true to colour.

New Generation with Added Value

At the IDS 2023, SHOFU will present the fifth generation of this dental camera, which is even more compact: the EyeSpecial C-V. It has integrated WLAN technology and can connect to a network PC.

As compared to its predecessor, the new model takes even more brilliant images, thanks to an improved digital signal processor (DSP) and an increase in the bitrate. Besides, the telephoto and wide-angle lenses can now be switched as needed. The expanded video feature permanently adjusts sharpness with continuous autofocus. To protect the SD card from damage or data loss, a sensor monitors the opening and closing of the card slot.
