All indications
With the BDCreator® PLUS, the digital manufacturing process for full dentures is now available for all Angle classes. Tooth rows, tooth segments or individual teeth can be digitally repositioned and the setup suggested by the software can be customized. Digital full dentures are open to full dentures of all Angle classes (I-III), unimaxillary full dentures with occlusal adaptation, overdenture dentures via attachment or total immediate and interim dentures.
Unlimited possibilities
The decision of the user between the individual or efficient production of full dentures can be made fluently and at any point in the design process. Merz Dental offers complete freedom in the setup and selection of manufacturing processes and materials. The most efficient way of manufacturing full dentures is still to use the BDLoad® milling blank with ready-set rows of teeth and an integrated occlusion concept. The BDLoad® XP also offers an occluding set-up of posteriors, but the user is free in the positioning and aesthetic design of anteriors. With the BDLoad® XP, pockets are only milled where it makes sense - in the anterior area - and the attachment of teeth is reduced to a necessary minimum. The new FileSplit process in the BDCreator® PLUS, on the other hand, opens up all possibilities, both in the choice between production using 3D printing or milling processes and the material used, right through to the combination with the tried-and-tested Merz Dental prefabricated teeth. If a try-in is necessary for planning the restoration, this can also simply be printed on the basis of the data already created or milled with the BDLoad® TS.
