The new digital storage management from AERA-Online

Germany's largest price comparison and ordering platform for dental products, AERA-Online, is now adding the storage area to its popular online marketplace. Complete digital storage management with and without inventory control is possible here, making it a perfectly matched package for the material management of dental practices and laboratories: from purchasing to administration. Users can now create their storage directly on AERA-Online and assign products there to various storage locations that they have created themselves, if desired also with inventory management. Additions, changes and material removals are possible with just a few clicks. Or if you like it mobile, you can soon use the revised AERA-Online app for your smartphone to maintain inventory and simply scan it directly at the storage cabinet. All stock movements are well-documented in a personal AERA online account. Each product that is booked into the system automatically receives a consecutive goods receipt number to ensure reliable recording and MDR-compliant documentation. Reorder and minimum stock levels can be individually adjusted for each product and are highlighted in color in the stock overview as soon as a reorder has to be placed. Printable labels are available to be applied in the storage for an easy workflow. These are scanned for reordering and the product ends up on the memory list. After that, everything works in the usual AERA way: determine the order quantity and use the unique shopping cart optimizer to order at the best price, with the shortest delivery times or with as few packages as possible.
