Zirconia Processing Kit by Dr. Kurbad

Corrections to zirconia are usually carried out before sintering. At this stage, the material is very sensitive, so that undesirable defects can quickly occur. The Initial Zirconia Processing Kit by Dr. Kurbad contains a carbide and three differently shaped elastic polishers, which are ideally suited for processing the fragile material. The cross-cut carbide is used to cut supporting structures and a size 050 universal polisher to smooth the surface. A slim, conical polisher is used to correct the preparation margin in order to smooth out frayed edges as well as uneven areas. For processing the interdental areas, the kit also contains a flexible polishing wheel that fits the profile precisely.
