CAD/CAM Acrylics Processing Kit by Dr. Kurbad

Printed splints are made of acrylic materials which remain soft and of ten tend to smear undesirably during polishing. A high-gloss finish can therefore only be achieved with instruments that are optimally adapted to this material. The CAD/CAM Acrylics Processing Kit by Dr. Kurbad provides the user with a sophisticated MEISINGER instrument set for exactly this purpose. The carbide included enables the efficient finishing of 3D printed splints processed in CAD/CAM processes. For pre-polishing, an elastic polisher size 100 is included, which is sufficiently robust to make minor shape corrections. The included fiber fleece brushes enable polishing without overheating and damaging the material. To achieve a high-gloss surface, the polishing brush paste can also be used in combination with polishing paste.
