Innovative holder system
The Dental Compact Series has specially developed holding systems
for securely clamping the workpieces. These holders are
then pushed into the bucket with the dry electrolyte medium.
This unique system ensures that the workpieces come into even
contact with the electrolyte, enabling precise and efficient polishing.

Uniform electric fields
This DLyte machine is equipped with a high performance coated
titanium cathode located inside the drum perimeter, ensuring
that uniform electric fields are generated to achieve homogeneous
results across the entire surface. This advanced technology
ensures that even the most intricate parts are treated to the same
level, resulting in a uniform, high quality finish.

Automatic conductivity adjustment
DLyte‘s automatic media conductivity adjustment system consists
of a conductivity tester and a high-precision pump that work
together to automatically adjust the conductivity of the media.
This advanced system ensures that the electrolyte moisture is
constantly maintained at an optimum level, resulting in a highly
efficient and effective surface finishing process.
