Manufacturing process
The 3D prints (dentals) are inserted into the machine's feeder one after the other.
In the next steps, foil is drawn over the prints using the thermoforming process, after which the finished blister is punched out and transported out of the machine.
Performance data
- 5 cycles/minute
- 4 blisters / aligners per cycle (4-cavity mould)
Optional
- A camera system recognises the product identifier integrated in the 3D print.
- The finished blister is converted into a pallet transport.
- A laser system prints the product number or a QR code on the blister and/or the dental arch.
- These functions can be added to the TVP25 and TVP12.
- Other functions are available on request.
