Flysorb Fast

Polyglactin 910 Braided Multifilament, Colorless, Rapidly
Resorbable, Sterile.

Flysorb Fast sutures are made from a copolymer of 90% glycolide and
10% lactic acid. The processing of the polyglactin molecule gives these
sutures a predictable, fast resorption profile while maintaining tensile
strength during critical healing periods. Flysorb Fast also offers excellent
knot security and superior handling.
The sutures gradually lose tensile strength and are fully absorbed through
hydrolysis.

Indications: Suitable for all oral surgery applications, particularly in
extractive surgery and cases where extended support is not necessary.
Advantages: Minimal tissue reaction, excellent handling, and secure knotholding.
Absorption Timeline: Fully absorbed within 5–6 weeks.
Residual Tensile Strength: 50% at 5 days; 0% at 10–14 days.
