Order your visitor ticket codes exclusively in the service shop

We will inform you separately by e-mail about the start of ordering the ticket codes approximately three months before the event begins. There you will also find all the details on the ordering process.

Please note: The ticket codes will no longer be sent automatically.

Benefits of the ordering process:

  • Order your visitor ticket codes at any time.
  • Send the codes - optionally to your own e-mail address or to desired recipients.
  • Track the status of your ticket codes in real time
  • View and export the visitor data of the redeemed ticket codes

And this is how it works:

1. Log in

As soon as the ticket codes can be ordered, log in to your Koelnmesse account. In the service shop, select the menu item "Tickets" and click on "Visitor day tickets" or "Visitor season tickets".

2. Order ticket codes

Order the desired number of visitor ticket codes at any time.

3. Authorize user

Authorize additional users to order all or selected ticket types.

4. Send ticket codes

Go to the ticket code administration and send the ordered visitor ticket codes as an excel file either to your own e-mail address or to other recipients.

5. Reporting

In the ticket code administration you can see the data of the redeemed visitor ticket codes and export them.

6. Invoicing

Your final invoice will contain only the tickets which were used to enter the trade fair, unless they are already included in your marketing package.
