Better visibility, improved accessibility.
REDUCED VIBRATION
Right from the initial sketches, the Nova has been designed to overcome the challenges of a traditional handpiece. Its perfectly optimised gears, stainless steel construction and monobloc handle reduce the vibrations as well as the sound level for improved user comfort.
THE LIGHTEST
The Nova's stainless steel construction makes it the lightest handpiece in the range. Its lightweight design improves the ergonomics and reduces wrist fatigue in your day-to-day work.
4 TIMES MORE DURABLE
The use of stainless steel significantly reduces wear on the handpiece and makes it 4 times more resistant to shocks. Thanks to this new design, the Nova now offers double the service life of the previous generation.
IMPROVED RELIABILITY
The chuck system now features a new PVD coating. This makes the opening/closing system more reliable and extends the service life by 30 % compared to a conventional handpiece. It also reduces the risk of jamming, allowing you to perform procedures without any interruptions.
ACCESS TO THE MOUTH
The Nova's small head and slim handle enhance your field of vision and guarantee easier access to the back of the mouth. The Nova has the smallest head and the slimmest handle in the entire Bien-Air handpiece range.
SAY GOODBYE TO OBSTACLES
To guarantee optimal irrigation in the working area, the Accu-Spray Quattro Mix™ system focuses four asymmetrical air/water sprays* on the end of the bur with laser precision. Connected to one of our LED motors, a multi-strand optical glass conductor simulates daylight conditions with reduced reflection for exceptional visibility in the working area.
*only available on Nova 1:5 versions
