CediTEC from VOCO: CAD/CAM system for individual  dentures

Complete dentures from just one system. With CediTEC VOCO offers as a system which unites denture bases, denture teeth and luting material. This means the entiredenture can be produced quickly and simply in just a few steps. The CAD/CAM milling process guarantees the highest precision and accuracy of fit. At the same time, the denture base can also be printed with V-Print dentbase and all materials are quickly reproducible.

CediTEC DT (Denture Teeth)

From individual denture teeth to tooth sections right up to complete dental arches for removable dentures: CediTEC DT allows the quick and very precise production of customised denture teeth using the CAD/CAM milling technique. The four shades A1, A2, A3 and BL, the additional option for individualisation and the translucent colouring ensure appealing aesthetics.

CediTEC DB (Denture Base)

CediTEC DB is an already cured PMMA in 98 mm disc shape and 30 mm in height, which fits in universal disc holders of commercially available milling devices. The material scores with high impact resistance and strength, so that the patient benefits from a long and comfortable wearing time.

V-Print dentbase

The 3D printing material V-Print dentbase allows the production of maximally precise denture bases for removable dentures. Unlike conventional production, additive production does not involve shrinkage and patients and dentists alike benefit from an accurately fitting result.

The luting system for denture teeth consists of CediTEC Adhesive and CediTEC Primer. CediTEC Adhesive is mixed flawlessly and bubble-free in the practical cartridge. Thanks to its comfortable mixing tip, a dispenser is used to apply directly from the cartridge to the base. The CediTEC Primer creates the bond between the base / tooth and the adhesive.
