Apollo 29B:
(1) European Class B model: By completing the EN13060 safety test and a series of rigorous experiments, the Apollo steam sterilizer is proven to meet the highest European Class B standard. Equipped with a three-pulse pre-vacuum function, it's capable of finishing a standard Class B procedure in just 35 minutes.
(2) “THT”process validation system: The THT safety inspection system will compare the temperature and pressure with the European Class B standard in real-time during the sterilization process. This will ensure that every sterilization procedure is efficient and clinically effective.
(3) Air-water separating system: A 620,000 mm² effective heat dissipation area can rapidly cool down the steam extracted from the cavity so that the water can be separated from the gas in a very short time. This fast-cooling procedure can effectively reduce the damage of high temperature steam to the equipment and extend the expected service life.
(4) 4.3 inch color touch screen: Apollo sterilizer has a 4.3' full-color touch screen, powered with a self-developed smart control system. Users can choose from 5 major sterilization programs, each displays real-time sterilization data during the process. And the Apollo series has a sterilization appointment function, sterilization recording function, and further personalized settings to meet different user scenarios.
(5) “POST-DRY” program: Once a sterilization cycle is completed, the post-drying program will be automatically triggered to cool down the cavity and create a dry environment. This could prevent the moisture buildup in the cavity that might lead to re-sterilization when accumulates.
(6) Effective security protection: The Apollo sterilizer has a 1-millibar high-precision pressure sensor, a dual overpressure protection system, an automatic overheat protection system, and a smart locking system. These allow the user to monitor the status of the equipment more intuitively and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
