Zolid Bion: Bleach Shades and 30mm Disc Heights

Amann Girrbach expands its range of Zolid Bion blanks to include Bleach shades and adds a 30mm variant to its existing color series.

Flawless, beautiful, and especially bright teeth are clearly in vogue. Amann Girrbach responds to this contemporary trend by expanding its Zolid Bion zirconia portfolio to include Bleach shades (BL0, BL4), as well as 30mm discs for the existing A to D color series. This provides users with new and attractive applications for this versatile material. For restorations in shades BL0 to BL4, all disc heights, including 30mm, are available. Beyond the broad range of indications, it is the unique material composition that makes Zolid Bion the zirconia of choice for Bleach treatments. The innovative material composition dispels concerns about an overly opaque and unnatural white appearance, providing patients with a radiant yet vibrant and natural-looking dental restoration. The Class 5 zirconia is approved for all applications and combines aesthetics and strength in a unique way. In response to the demand from dental labs and practitioners for a zirconia that delivers high aesthetic results in the anterior region without compromising material strength, the 5Y-TZP material used in Zolid Bion was completely redeveloped. The result is a true all-rounder, suitable for a wide range of indications, offering flexibility with a flexural strength of over 1,100/± 150 MPa across the entire disc cross-section.
