Automatic station for laser marking

Modular and compact station that allows the automation of the marking of product batches at an existing laser station.

The station is composed by a product feeding system (through a tray warehouse or bulk system), a robot to manipulate and present the product to the laser beam, a laser marking equipment and a vision sytem to read and verify the correct marking.
The equipment allows automatic or manual work according to the customer’s needs. The laser system allows the permanent marking of instruments, implants and equipment with essential information such as serial numbers, barcodes, logos and unique device identifiers (UDI). This process guarantees traceability, regulatory compliance and integrity of dental instruments.
