Station composed of an entry and exit system for trays with product, a robot and the sandblasting equipment.
The sandblasting process, very common in implants, allows the dental surfaces preparation by directing a controlled flow of abrasive particles. This technique is used as an alternative to traditional dental drills for certain procedures, offering a minimally invasive approach to removing stains or preparing teeth for restorations and creating a rough texture, which enhances the integration with the surrounding bone tissue.
Technical process:
Compact station where the robot will pick the product from trays, direct it to the nozzle to sandblast and treat the surface, and downloading the product by trays. This system allows to work automatically for different batches of products, without the need of an operator.
