With the SICAT OPTISLEEP therapeutic appliance, SICAT offers dentists a solution for the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. The two-part appliance, which covers all teeth, is transparent and comfortable for patients to wear thanks to its slim design. Biocompatible, odorless and non-discoloring PMMA ensures good tolerance. Thanks to connector sets in 10 different lengths, the treatment position can be individually adapted to the patient's situation and the patient can close his or her mouth completely while breathing normally. The appliance's high wearing comfort, the good fit and the vertical and horizontal freedom of movement often result in a high level of compliance.

 
Ordering the appliance is quick and easy based on intraoral scans via the SICAT Portal, SICAT's customer portal, whereby any intraoral scanner can be used. To do this, the dentist first creates an optical impression of the patient's upper and lower jaw in the treatment position and transmits the STL data obtained to SICAT via the SICAT Portal. After receipt, all data is intensively checked by the SICAT team to ensure the appliance's feasibility and accuracy of fit.
