SICAT Endo

SICAT Endo is a 3D software for the diagnosis and planning of endodontic treatment.

The detailed visualization of the root canal system in 3D offers the practitioner all-around safety for the upcoming treatment because conventional images often do not show the exact position, number, shape and connection between roots and canals. In addition to the 3D scan, overlaying with 2D images is also an option, allowing precise visualization of the patient's entire root canal situation. This provides significant support in discussions with patients and makes it possible to advise them even more comprehensibly. 

 
With SICAT Endo, the practitioner can visualize even curved and calcified canals, evaluate everything in a 360° view and precisely determine the working length and depth of cavity access thanks to tools such as the integrated Endoline Wizard. This enables to precisely assess the patient's situation before starting treatment. Case analysis is transferred from the patient chair to the desktop pc. This significantly shortens the treatment time for the patient and makes the entire treatment more comfortable for the patient, which very often leads to higher compliance. The time saved can be used by the dentist to perform further treatments or even for himself - efficiently and economically. 

Optionally, the software allows you to order the SICAT RAPID ACCESSGUIDE, a ready-to-print AI-based STL surgical guide design for guided endodontics. However, it is up to the dentist to decide individually whether or not to use this depending on the patient case. 

The software is open for all CBCT and optical scanner and is also available on a subscription basis with SICAT Smart.
