DLYTE 1D

Based on the patented dry electropolishing technology, DLyte 1D is DLyte’s smallest compact machine for dental laboratories. It can polish any casting, sintered, or milled dental pieces, offering high-quality polishing for cobalt-chrome (CoCr) and titanium for all types of spacers, crowns, bars, anatomical structures, implants, and orthodontic supports. It has a capacity of 4 RPDs, 8 crowns, or 4 bars per working cycle with an average processing time from 45 to 60 minutes (this time can be reduced to 35 minutes with abrasive and vibratory pre-treatment). Its automatic one-step process simplifies the current multistep process by substituting electrolytic bath and labor, therefore reducing costs and time, while achieving traceable and predictable results. An anti-vibratory support, a cathode set, a holder checking tool, and a holder head designed to hold holders are included.
