DLyte 100D is the largest dry electropolishing compact machine for dental laboratories. The DLyte 100D utilizes advanced dry electropolishing technology to deliver superior finishing for cast, sintered, or milled components. Designed for Cobalt-Chrome and Titanium, it ensures exceptional polishing results for spacers, crowns, bars, anatomical structures, implants, and orthodontic supports. 
With a high-capacity design, it can process 12 RPDs, 18 crowns, and 18 bars per cycle, completing each polishing session in an average of 20–40 minutes. Its fully automated, one-step process streamlines polishing by replacing traditional multi-step methods, eliminating the need for electrolytic baths and manual labor.
