Metal Matrix Bands

AnGer Metal Matrix Bands make it possible to separate a treated tooth securely and restore it without undesired influence on adjacent teeth. The bands are available in two thicknesses - 0.030mm and 0.045mm, and four widths – 5, 6 ,7, 8mm. All sizes are offered either in a tooth-shaped box, a cardboard box, or as a refill. The use of appropriate retainer allows for achieving desired tension of the band. However, it is important to remember that if the treated tooth’s lateral walls are thin, the pressure of band upon the tooth must not be greater than the specified marginal values. By large defects it is better to use the shaped polyester matrices or the self-locking matrices.
