Process documentation with DataDiary and Segosoft Miele Edition | Exhibitor on the IDS - International Dental Show 2023

Process documentation with DataDiary and Segosoft Miele Edition

One of the most convenient advantages of our system solution 360PRO is the direct communication and transfer of data between the Miele devices and a tablet or desktop PC, where the process is documented. This is made possible by the "DataDiary" app and the "Segosoft Miele Edition" software. Protocols can be played out as PDFs or transferred directly to the patient management system - saving employees an enormous amount of time while maintaining documentation standards.

For seamless process documentation of instrument reprocessing, Miele Professional offers the particularly time-saving plug & play solution via the DataDiary app. This app automatically receives process data from the PG 8581 and PG 8591 thermal disinfectors and the CUBE and CUBE X small sterilisers and enables the report to be created on a tablet computer via the app - without cables, USB sticks or other intermediate steps. The practical solution now supports up to nine Miele devices via a WLAN network in the practice rooms. If only a single device is to be documented, this can continue to be done as usual in access point mode. To release the reprocessing reports, the user logs into the system via UserID with password or, depending on the tablet, also via NFC chip card when a cleaning or sterilisation programme has been completed. The process reports created by the user are saved as a PDF file. The current version of the app is available for download for Android and Apple operating systems.

Within the framework of 360PRO, various documentation solutions can be implemented, entirely according to the needs of the practice and the technical conditions on site. The Segosoft Miele Edition software is carefully adapted for use in everyday practice. For the more demanding user, it allows traceable, tamper-proof and legally recognised documentation of instrument reprocessing.
