SEPTAVIR GEL

Septavir hand disinfectant gel is a ready-to-use antiseptic hand gel that does not require rinsing; it dries quickly and leaves hands fresh and soft. Ethyl alcohol (CH3CH2OH) at 70% by weight, the active ingredient in Septavir hand disinfectant gel, belongs to the chemical group of aliphatic alcohols and is a colourless, clear liquid with a pleasant characteristic odour that evaporates readily. The formulation of Septavir hand disinfectant gel is also enriched with skin-moistening and emollient substances, which minimise the drying effect of alcohol and increase its biocidal activity by prolonging the drying time and thus the contact time with the active ingredient. Septavir hand disinfectant gel is indicated for decontaminating the hands of hospital and dental workers, and for all healthcare professionals working in environments with a high risk of biological contamination.
