Sandblaster MICROJET/S

Modular Sandblaster can be provided with 1 to 3 tanks customizable each one depending from the grain size used (50-80; 90-125 or 150-250 μm).  The choice of the tank (in case of more than 1 tank) can be easily done using a selector positioned in the cabin. The sandblasting procedure is controlled by a pneumatic pedal.  The working pressure is controlled by the pressure regulator and the value is indicated by the pressure gauge. It is possible to require as optional one pressure regulator and one manometer for each tank. In this case it is possible to fix different pressure values for the single tanks, indicated by the respective manometer.  The connection to the exhauster is done through the hole placed on the side of the cabin. The blasting chamber has a led light and the plexiglas door is protected by a plastic sheet, which can be easily replaced.
The MICROJET can be also provided with a device for coarse sandblasting In this case to the microsandblaster is added a device to collect the blasting media used. The collected sand is than reused through a 4mm diameter nozzle. This device allows to save abrasive and to have a stronger sandblasting power. In fact the unit works like two sandblasters and the choice between micro and coarse sandblasting is made by using two different pedals.
