Sandblaster PRIMA/1

Sandblaster provided with a recycling device for coarse sandblasting. It collects the abrasive falling on the bottom and reuse it. The sandblaster must be connected to an exhauster equiped with dust filters by inserting the exhauster pipe in the hole placed on the back of the cabin. The blasting chamber is well lit by LED light and the plexiglas door is protected by a plastic sheet, which can be easily replaced. The sandblasting procedure is controlled by a pneumatic pedal.
The suggested working pressure for coarse sandblasting is 6 bar. In the basic version the pressure is defined by the compressor while in the versions /P and /1 the operating pressure can be regulated by the pressure regulator and the value is indicated by the pressure gauge.
In the version /1 PRIMA can be provided with 1 tank for microsandblasting with aluminium oxide or glass beads in different grain sizes for the surface treatments of metal and ceramics. The selection between the tank for microsandblasting and the coarse sandblasting device is made by means of a practical selector placed outside the cab.
