Order-Process-Hub

ith IDS.online Order-Process Hub, we offer a solution to transmit digital orders from dental retailer to the respective manufacturers. Manual order entry in ERP systems is no longer necessary. Documents such as delivery notes, invoices, etc. are now exchanged digitally. This saves time and costs and avoids unnecessary errors on both sides.

Unlike a traditional EDI connection with a mandatory 1:1 connection, the central Order-Process Hub only requires a single connection. A retailer with established connections in the hub can then access all connected manufacturers.

The hub takes care of "translating" the data into the specific manufacturer format so that it can process it. Delivery notes, invoices, and other documents from the manufacturer are also digitally transmitted back to the retailer, so that they appear directly in the retailer's ERP system. This also works internationally and for smaller retailers without an ERP system.
