Osteoxenon® is the complete line of bone substitutes with fully preserved collagen and mineral components obtained through the Zymo-Teck® the only real patented enzyme-based process for the treatment of bone tissues. Scientific studies demonstrate how Osteoxenon® grafts are very similar to human bone in trabecular dimensions and porosity. They provide THE IDEAL STRUCTURE FOR NEW BONE FORMATION.

Osteoxenon® grafts are BIOMIMETIC: once grafted to the surgical site, Osteoxenon® grafts are accepted by the body and do not interfere in the natural healing process, BEING COMPLETELY REMODELED WITH PATIENT’S BONE in physiological time. Osteoxenon® grafts PRESERVE THE VOLUME: the grafted site will gradually be occupied by the patient’s own bone, maintaining volume by means of vital tissue as opposed to residual material.

 

The OSTEOXENON® FLEX CORTICAL SHEETS are cortical bone laminas partially demineralized.  since the

collagenic component is preserved, they become flexible after hydration. Flexible Cortical Sheets CAN ADAPT TO EVERY TYPE OF DEFECT DUE TO THEIR INTRINSIC FLEXIBILITY. They are completely remodeled with patient’s bone and PROVIDE A BARRIER EFFECT OF > 6 MONTHS.

They are available in 0.2, 0.5 and 0.9 thickness.
