250i PRO – Powerful and flexible in the tightest

The compact 5-axis milling machine is equipped with a powerful 1 kW high-frequency milling spindle and impresses with its smooth running. The solid base construction made of a cast aluminum monoblock ensures low-vibration movements. The optimally tuned axis drives operate almost vibration-free, so that excellent production results are achieved. The CORiTEC 250i PRO is very well suited for the demanding machining of metal blanks. However, all other materials of common dental restorations can also be professionally milled.

The combination of milling spindle and milling tools is optimized for high demands on material and precision: The fully automatic changing station accommodates 10 tools with 6 mm shafts. The tool magazine can be replaced as a whole unit with a differently equipped one in a few steps.


CORiTEC 250i Loader PRO - Automation in the smallest space

The compact 5-axis milling machine opens up a completely new machine segment at an attractive price-performance ratio. It offers automation and 5-axis simultaneous machining of circular blanks and blocks in the smallest space. The milling system is equipped with a fully automatic 16-fold tool magazine with 3 mm milling tools and an integrated touch-screen monitor, which facilitates an intuitive operation in conjuction with the new SmartControl™ software. The fully automatic 7-fold (optional 9-fold) blank changer offers the possibility to process all common materials of the dental industry, an automated production is therefore feasible.
