of disparallelism.
In clinical practice it is often necessary, in order to obtain optimal primary stability, to insert the implants with an inclination, sometimes even significant.
Thanks to the use of Flat-On implants it is possible to create the prosthesis without different aids such as angled abutments or other prosthetic devices.
